Customer service is awful to work with. Just to get a quote was like pulling teeth from a tiger. Several appointments were made and they failed to show up with no communication. They completed the work with everything we said we didn’t want. Most plants died. We went in and walked around with a salesman and picked out what we wanted only for them to replace with what exactly what had died. Apparently office employee did not keep the notes as to what we picked out. They make promises that do not hold up. We will NEVER do business again. Maybe they don’t like customers who receive a small discount because our neighborhood does business with them.

We’ve had the absolute best experiences 3 times now and will not go anywhere else especially for our larger tree needs. Wonderful customer service each and every time. 10/10!

I went in on a Friday afternoon needing help to pick out a ton of plants and flowers for my new landscape. I stumbled upon Paula and she was the best! She not only walked around with me for over an hour and helped pick everything out, but she helped me again when I came back 2 days later. Paula knew her stuff and I could not thank her enough. I was also happy with the other staff who were all willing to help. They helped me load my car several times and did it with a smile! Definitely recommend!

We want to give a huge THANK YOU to Mark Matney and Tree Top Nursery for his awesome work putting the crowning touch on our back yard project! His staff (Todd, Tish, Josh, Arturo and his exceptional crew) did an exceptional job of designing, supplying and installing our amazing landscaping. We are completely thrilled with their work; everything is more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Mark’s design work is inspired, he has excellent ideas and knowledge of plant material. Always a beautiful experience! Our inside plants needed a tune up and we brought them in to Tisha who re-planted them all for draining, cut and put some in water to root, added some cute holders, and labeled what each was and on the back, watering instructions! She's a gem and thankful she's there!!
